Dear Helmetta Borough,

We hope all is well

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well

and please make sure these are all separate list

The list of properties with liens is attached in excel. Municipal and outside liens are both on it.

A corresponding condensed PDF report is also attached.

The list of Lien holders we have is also attached but could not be created in Excel, but PDF

A lien assignment report on our only municipal lien is attached, although I found no record of Helmetta ever doing one but nothing in the ordinances says they don’t.

You can follow up with the Borough Clerk just to be sure. Sandy, If you are reading this please clarify.
