Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A‑1 et seq.), I request access to records related to the March 24, 2025 incident in South Plainfield, where a 23‑year‑old male from Piscataway (reported as Kairi Watford) was arrested after twice eluding officers and found with a loaded AK‑47 in his vehicle.

Specifically, I request:
1. All body‑worn camera (BWC) footage captured by officers during the traffic stops and arrest.
2. The police incident and arrest reports, including:
• Full name, age, and town of residence
• Date, time, and location of each stop/arrest
• Charges filed (e.g., reckless driving, eluding, unlawful weapons possession, large‑capacity magazine)
• Case or complaint number
3. Any internal communications (emails, memos, briefings) regarding the use of technology (e.g., dashcam, body‑cam, vehicle tracking) used in this case ().

If any portions are exempt, please provide redacted versions citing the relevant statute. I request delivery electronically via OPRAmachine. Please inform me of any fees in advance.
