Records requested:
1. A list of properties that, as of today (1/14/22) , have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. If the property owner currently has an unpaid tax balance or has an open lien on the property, please add them to the list. Please include amounts of balances owed.
2. A list of properties that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year 2021. Please provide the type of violation.
3. A list of all properties that are currently vacant or abandoned. If the property used to be vacant and no longer is, please do not include.
4. A list of all residential properties that have gone into probate since the beginning of the year.
If possible, please put all lists in separate Excel files. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

nature, format, manner of collation, or volume of a government record
embodied in the form of printed matter to be inspected, examined, or
copied pursuant to this section is such that the record cannot be
reproduced by ordinary document copying equipment in ordinary business
size or when fulfilling a request requires an extraordinary expenditure of
time and effort. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.c. Special service charges must be
based upon the actual direct cost of providing the copy or copies.
OPRA mandates that the requestor shall have the opportunity to review and
object to the charge prior to it being incurred. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.c.
