not required to conduct research in response to an OPRA
request the requestor`s OPRA request is invalid pursuant
to Mag Entm`t, LLC v Div of ABC, 375 N.J. Super 534 (Appp.
Div 2005); Donato v Twp of Union, GRC Complaint No
