Dear Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I would like the following information for the date range of January 2020 thru current.
All Utility Delinquent/Liens (if applicable)
All Properties behind on utility payments for more than 5 months.
All properties that had any utilities shut off.
I only need the property addresses. I do not want any reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.
