OPRA request in regards to Borough of South River EMS
Dear South River Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
In addition to the other OPRA request, I am asking for the following:
All emails between Michael Postorino and the borough administration and the South River Police Department.
All emails between the borough administration and James P. Nolan and Associates regarding Mr Postorino's employment with South River.
A copy of all resolutions as to the hire date or creation of the new position of EMS Administrator.
A copy of all resolutions or ordinances creating the Borough of South River EMS, the agency listed on the DOH application.
A copy of the current written agreement between the Borough of South River and RWJUH Health Network EMS and/or any contracts or MOU's between the two agencies.
Any and all emails between RWJUH and Borough of South River Business Administrator and Chief of Police from January 2018 to present.
All billing agreements between South River and RWJUH stating that they do not balance bill the residences of South River.
All emails between Michael Postorino and the borough administration and
the South River Police Department. Attached
All emails between the borough administration and James P. Nolan and
Associates regarding Mr Postorino's employment with South River. Emails
between the Borough and its attorney are covered by the attorney Client
privilege and are not subject to release under OPRA.
