Dear Hopatcong Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. A list of properties that, as of today (9/22/21) , have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. If the property owner currently has an unpaid tax balance or has an open lien on the property, please add them to the list. Please include amounts of balances owed.

2. A list of properties that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year 2020. Please provide the type of violation.

3. A list of all properties that are currently vacant or abandoned. If the property used to be vacant and no longer is, please do not include.

4. A list of all residential properties that have gone into probate since the beginning of the year.

If possible, please put all lists in separate Excel files. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
