May I please have Mr. Smyth's contract that was approved in public with a role-call vote on 6/13/2023 druing the 7:30 public meeting as nothing was attached to the agenda.
Only send as a PDF attachment NOT with Wall BOE tracking that requires approval from Mr. Smyth or Mr. Higham before the contract can be reviewed.
There was no contract attached to the agenda and nothing this oniine at of 8:15 AM today.

Your response should be "no records exist" as a contract for you was not on the Wall BOE agenda of 6/13/2023. There was no roll call vote to approve a contract for you.
