include “fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded
houses/windows, vacant properties.”

In response to your OPRA request submitted to South Brunswick Township,
please be advised that the following requests were responded by Tax
Collector, Planning & Zoning, Code Enforcement and Health Department. The
Fire Safety department require an extension and will respond by January 6,
2023.

Tax Liens

-       A list of all the residential properties with tax or municipal
liens. (in csv or excel)

-       data from Jan 2019 to Nov 2022

Code Violations

-       A list of all the residential properties with code violations that
include fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded
houses/windows, vacant properties. (in csv or excel)

The additional questions outlined below are not identifiable records and
are therefore not a valid OPRA request.  Should you have questions or wish
to conduct research on the property or review files feel free to contact
any department.

-      How often does the city update the code violations list? Daily?
Monthly?

-      How often does the city add addresses that violate the city code?
