- data from Jan 2019 to Nov 2022
Code Violations
- A list of all the residential properties with code violations that include fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties. (in csv or excel)
- How often does the city update the code violations list? Daily? Monthly?
- How often does the city add addresses that violate the city code?

At this time, the Health Dept does not maintain a comprehensive and
compiled “list” of all violations.

The Building Construction Department has no lists of violations that
include “fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded
houses/windows, vacant properties.”
This closes out the Building Construction Department’s portion of the
OPRA.

In response to your OPRA request submitted to South Brunswick Township,
please be advised that the following requests were responded by Tax
Collector, Planning & Zoning, Code Enforcement and Health Department. The
Fire Safety department require an extension and will respond by January 6,
2023.
