Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting copies of all public and government records relating to the property located at 200 Second Street, Fieldsboro, NJ, specifically including but not limited to:

1. Records of zoning approvals or determinations for the property, including any inspections and Certificates of Occupancy or similar permits issued for the use of the building/property.

2. Records of site plans submitted for review by the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, or any other municipal board.

3. Records of site plan reviews.

4. Records of variances, special approvals, or conditions of approval related to off-street parking requirements, occupancy limits, or change of use.

5. Records of correspondence, emails, applications, or reports to, from, or by municipal staff, boards, or consultants regarding fire code compliance, occupancy, or parking related to this property.

6. Records of fire inspections.

7. Records of building capacity notices.

8. Records of building permits (open and closed).

9. Any other records related to the parking, occupancy, or use of 200 Second Street under municipal code, ordinance, resolution or zoning regulations.
