On July 7, 2026 your office issued a request for clarification regarding location parameters and personal identifiers, This office provided complete structural clarification and verified personal identifiers directly on this platform on July 7, 2026 successfully unfreezing the statutory clock.
The 7 business day response window mandated under NJSA-47:1A-5 has officially expired with no production of records, no formal written request for an extension, and no lawful notice of denial.
