Dear Washington Township Police Department,

I am submitting this request for public records pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access. There is no requirement for an official form for this request. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this email.

Topic of Request: I am seeking records related to complaints or concerns involving telephonic or other communications associated with members of the Washington Borough Council, the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor, and/or borough staff.

Individuals Concerned:
Mayor Ethel Conry
Deputy Mayor Louann Cox
Council Members: Jerry Brown, Edward France, Christopher Infinito, Cassandra Gorshkov, Sherri Musick
Any other involved borough staff members

Records Requested: Please provide all pertinent documents and communications including, but not limited to, police reports, audio recordings, written complaints, emails, text messages, and any other related records.

Time Period: From January 1, 2024, to the present.
