OPRA request for public information - health and dental insurance

Dear Freehold Township Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) your monthly rates for employees for all tiers for health and dental benefits and the plan summaries for 2021 - 2024 for health and dental benefits.
2) The chart showing what portion the employees pay for each plan for 2021 - 2024.
3) All Health broker presentations made to the district beginning with January 1, 2021 - 2024 for health and dental. It should show all competing quotes with State Health Plan and others given you are self-insured.
4) The amount the employees have contributed for health benefits for 2021 - 2024 as shown in your budget.

staff pay the same as what the FTAA pays.

Thank you for the speedy return of this information. This is very helpful. There must be some kind of analysis your broker prepares and shares with you and the board of why Self Insurance is cheaper via "a report/presentation". I would like to also have the full report for 21/22, 22/23 and 23/24 for Budget Details.
for 22/23 you included page 87 of 94 which was the "Employee Health Benefits" summary. I see on your website you have a condensed version for the year. I will put in a separate for that and look forward to what you broker shared for the past 3 budgets for a comparison to be sure self-insurance is the least expensive for the district to close out this request as complete.

My response for the presentation from the broker continues to be no
records exist.
Can you please elaborate on exactly what you are looking for when you ask
for " I would like to also have the full report for 21/22, 22/23 and
23/24 for Budget Details". Based upon what you requested I am not 100%
sure.
