Mr. Smyth and Dr. Handerhan:

May I please have the following under OPRA returned via e:mail.

1) Any written correspondents from the Navy to Dr. Handerhan or anyone in the Wall BOE that put the district on notice for low enrollment in the NND-CC program. Please include any subsequent letters she received via e:mail or mail. Please be sure all are date stamped.

2) Any email or correspondence sent to the Wall Board members from Tracy Handerhan or Kim Keator advising them of the Navy's correspondence regarding low enrollment in the NND-CC program with all responsive documents attached be sure all is date stamped.

3) A copy of any email or correspondence given to Brian Smith notifying him of the low enrollment in the NND-CC program from Tracy Handerhan or anyone in the BOE. Please be sure all are date stamped and responsive documents are attached.

4) A copy of any email or correspondence given to Peter Righi notifying him of the low enrollment.in the NND-CC program from Tracy Handerhan or anyone in the Wall BOE.

5) A copy of the minutes showing where low enrollment.in the NND-CC program.was discussed and documented in a F&F meeting, curriculum and Instruction or personnel meeting.

6) The exact date and time of Ms. Handerhan's INTERVIEW with the Coast Star referred to in the article in today's Coast Star dated 5/18/2023 as many noticed Tracy Handerhan smiling and waving over the Coast Star reporter after the vote to put Mr. Harrison part time was passed. It seems this interview took place immediately after the meeting ended and Tracy Handerhan ONLY gave this information to the Coast Star rather than reading the exact letter and placing in in the agenda that was received from the Navy and discussed with the full BOE.

The time frame for all documents requested is November 1, 2022, through 5/18/2023. November 1, 2023, is when Dr. Handerhan was given a retroactive raise of $24,582. Her 22/23 pay went from $195,432 to $220,000 for NO valid reason on 11/1/2022 retroactive back to 7/2/2022.
