As per your OPRA request, questions are not subject to OPRA. In regard to
open/closed our building portal may assist you in obtaining records
requested on your OPRA request [1]https://www.sdlportal.com/login. These
are the current known records, and if there is a specific permit you would
like located please advise. Once you are registered it allows you to
obtain the records from Millburn Township instantly electronically. Once
you are registered and on the home page of the portal click on the top of
the page on the tab labeled search. This is a great tool to get started in
narrowing down your search and determining if any permits were for any
storage tanks. You may then request a more specific record and we can
determine if we can locate, as per your request. Any building department
