This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

As the real estate agent representing the potential purchaser of Block/Lot: 00013 23 / 00029 in Marlton, NJ (21 Longhurst Roiad), please accept this request for information regarding:

1 - Confirmation as to whether there are any open permits for the premises located on Block/Lot: 00013 23 / 00029. If readily available, the requestor would also like to receive copies of all permits, open and closed, for the above-identified property that have been taken out over the last 20 years.

2 - Confirmation as to whether any municipal assessments have been or will be imposed on the owner of Block/Lot: 00013 23 / 00029. If such assessments exist, the requestor would also like to receive copies of the same.

3 - Copies of any restrictions of record, if any, for Block/Lot: 00013 23 / 00029.

Please contact STATE OF NJ DEPT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AT 609-633-7700 or 609-984-3316 regarding oil tanks, or sanitary sewer improvements. Feel free to contact the Burlington County Department of Health at 609-265-5548. In addition, the Evesham MUA phone number for sewer and water hook ups is 856-983-1878.
