Certificates – All Certificates of Occupancy, and zoning/use approvals.

Permits & Violations – Full permit history, open permits, Closed Permits, property maintenance, code, or zoning violations.

Landlord/Rental Registrations – Any rental registration statements on file.

Rent Control Records – Registered Rents and Registered Tenant Information. Any rent-control registrations, approvals.

Fire / Health / Housing Reports – Please provide any building inspection reports, Fire department records, health or habitability complaints, and housing inspection reports.

Zoning / Planning – What is the legal use of the property & Zoning for of the property. Variances, or pending applications. Number of units in the property

Flood & Environmental – Any environmental UST removal, soil contamination, storage tank records. Records elevation certificate

Property Code Violations – Any complaints, violations, Tenant issues or enforcement actions

Electronic copies (PDF) are preferred.
