Records requested:
I am conducting an environmental due diligence on the above referenced property and seek all
identifiable remedial, permitting, compliance, and enforcement records. Provide the following records
for: 12 Industrial Drive, Keyport NJ (Block 1051 Lot 29.14): In 2017, the original Lot 29.12 was
subdivided into two new lots, Lot 29.13 with the address of 14 Industrial Drive and Lot 29.14 with the
address of 12 Industrial Drive. The subject site on Lot 29.14 is an approximate 2.05-acre parcel with
an approximate 18,500-square-foot multi-tenant commercial. Status and description of any reported
petroleum spills or tanks, copies of any record of decision regarding investigation of clean-up of
site; notification of the lead agency that is primarily responsible for investigating the cleaning up
of the site; notification of any legal action involving the site, and detailed reports, monitoring
data, regulatory non-compliance documents and/or studies regarding any pollution problems at the site,
and how I may obtain copies of them.
