This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am kindly requesting permits/work orders/construction for any companies who have worked on the sidewalk in front of 224 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 in the past 5 years (03/01/2016 to 03/01/2021).

More specifically, there is a metal gas cap embedded on the sidewalk in front of 224 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ and I am requesting which gas company in responsible for maintenance of the gas cap in the last 5 years.
