OPRA request for permits/construction on the sidewalk in front of 224 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst, NJ

Records requested:
I am kindly requesting permits/work orders/construction for any companies who have worked on the sidewalk in front of 224 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 in the past 5 years (03/01/2016 to 03/01/2021).
More specifically, there is a metal gas cap embedded on the sidewalk in front of 224 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ and I am requesting which gas company in responsible for maintenance of the gas cap in the last 5 years.

As per your OPRA request dated March 1, 2021, the Township does not
maintain any document responsive to this request, and therefore none is
being provided. OPRA defines a “government record” as any paper or other
tangible material that has been made, maintained or kept on file in the
course of the public entity’s official business. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1
The Township of Lyndhurst, Department of Public Works does not have any
permit records on file for the property in question. Any inquiries related
to gas would have to be directed to PSE&G.
