OPRA request for list of take home vehicles
Dear Moorestown Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: A list of all township vehicles by department (including fire district vehicles) please include year, make, model, and license plate number. If assigned to one primary driver, name of driver and department and need/justification for take home vehicle.

Police Department: Attached hereto is a list of Police Department patrol vehicles containing the year, make, model and license plate numbers along with the number of unmarked vehicles. With the exception of one, patrol vehicles are not assigned to one primary driver. Please be advised that your request insofar as unmarked vehicles and the drivers' names of those police vehicles is denied as same is non-disclosable pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.10 and 11 and Government Records Council Complaint No. 2012-148. Need/justification for take home vehicles is outlined on the attachment.
