Opra request for incidents taking place on 05/28/2025 and 05/29/2025
Dear Glen Rock Police Department,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
An Emerson man was arrested at a Glen Rock home Thursday (05/29/2025) afternoon after an alleged "road rage" incident, police said. Gregory T. Delgato, 28, was arrested around 4 p.m. at the home of a female acquaintance, said Glen Rock police. Police said that around 9 a.m. Wednesday(05/28/2025), someone called 911 from the 300 block of Cornwall Road to say that a driver had been threatened with a weapon by another driver.
The police were able to get a search warrant and brought a SWAT Team to the home. He was charged with:
Possession of an imitation handgun during commission of a crime
Aggravated asssault
Terroristic threats
Criminal mischief
Police did not find a gun.
I am kindly requesting the following:
1.) All body cam and dash cam footage from all officers involved.
2.) Incident Report or Reports for each day, each incident etc.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Good afternoon,
The redactions for your request have been completed. Can I have an email
address to send the BWC download links to? I'm not sure if it will go
through to the one through OPRA machine, unless you have gotten them that
way in the past. I attached the arrest report and incident report, which
contain redactions for personal identifying information. The narrative in
the incident report is also redacted as a criminal investigatory record.
