Charles A. Mitchell, 51, of Newark, was arrested on August 22, 2025. He is charged with aggravated assault (stabbing), unlawful possession of a weapon (knife), and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

I am kindly requesting the following:
1.) All body cam and dash cam footage from all officers involved.
2.) Incident Report
