Opra request for incident occurring on 03/10/2025
Dear Red Bank Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Alende Olteanu, age 30 of Woodside NY was arrested on 03/10/2025 in the
area of Monmouth St. for Fugitive from Justice by Ptl. Preston Mellaci.
Alende Olteanu, age 30 of Woodside NY was arrested on 03/10/2025 in the area of Monmouth St. for Conspiracy, Theft by Deception, Credit Card Theft, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Burglary, and Receiving Stolen Property by Det. Michael Zadlock.
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et sed.), I am requesting access to and copies of the following public records:
1.) All body cam and dash cam videos from all officers involved. 2.) Incident Report(s)
Please provide the records in [PDF / electronic / printed] format. If any portion of the records is exempt from disclosure, please provide the non-exempt portions and cite the specific legal basis for the redaction or withholding.

Please note Alende Olteanu was charged while in the custody
of the Bergen County Jail. The only footage available is
the transport from Bergen County to Red Bank, then to
Monmouth County Jail.
