This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please

Records requested:

1) May I please have the enrollment benefits guide/summary that would
include all of the plan summaries offered and the benefit rates for all
plans for staff, ADMIN and Non-Represented for 2022/2023 and 2023/2024.
This will be for Health, Dental and RX.  Please also include vision if you
offer. 

2) Broker Presentations for Health, RX and Dental given to the district
from your health broker.  At this point I do not know who it is, but I
will put in a request next for the contract under Immediate Access. 

3) A one-page summary that shows how many are on each health plan, rx and
dental with the annual costs for health, dental and vision used for
budgeting.

Please be advised as to item #1 that the district is in the process of
gathering responsive records. It is anticipated that this retrieval will
be completed and responsive documents forwarded to you by Wednesday June
5, 2024.
Please be advised that access to the records requested under item #2 is
denied. The records that you request are exempt from release under OPRA
statutes. Specifically, they are considered advisory, deliberative and
consultative and are exempt under NJSA 47:1A-1.1 (2). They are also exempt
as communications between a public agency and its insurance carrier,
administrative service organization or risk management office (NJSA
47:1A-1 (15). The citations noted are attached for reference. 
As to item #3 attached you will find the budget information requested.

On May 30, 2024 a partial response was sent to your Open Public Records
act (OPRA) request of May 24, 2024.
In that May 30, 2024 response you were informed that items responsive to
item # 1 in your request would be supplied by June 5, 2024.
