Our office is currently working on a project at the above referenced location. We are requesting filed/subdivision maps, roadway maps, As-Builts and approved plans on file, including the following:

• Survey performed by Lakeland surveying Inc Dated 10/24/2018.
• Survey performed by Wunner Engineering Associates dated November 21, 1988
• Survey & map performed by A.G. Brohmer, L.S. and filed with the Morris County Clerk's office as Map 657, Case C
• Any other dated subsequent to 1960.

In addition, we would like any roadway plans you may have for:
• NJ County Route 637 per the SLD under the County AKA Fairview Avenue between Bloomfield Avenue to Pompton Avenue
