Dear Kevin Sluka,
You can email me at [email address]
or call me at 908-668-0099 ext 2199. However, I may be away from my desk frequently.
Should I fax over a formal OPRA request to you?

Yours sincerely,

Nicole

Kevin Sluka, Somerville Borough

You do not need to send over a formal OPRA.

Prior to the Borough owning the property ( it purchased some time ago... maybe 5 - 7 years ago) prior to the Borough owning it, the site had dilapidated structures which consisted of a closed bakery and a vacant bank. After the Borough purchased it, we had knocked down the dilapidated structures and it has remained vacant since. I am trying to determine if you are asking for records prior to the demolition and/or plans on the structure 10+ years ago, that have been abandoned because the owner sold the property. I am assuming you are not, since any utilities that may have existed back then are no longer existent.
