Any open or closed permits related to oil tank removal for the time period January 1, 1965 to present.
Any zoning violations related to Block 118, Lot 24 from time period January 1, 1965 to present.
Any municipal or health violations on the property within the same specified date range. (January 1, 1965 to present)
Any tax liens, tax sale certifications, or unpaid taxes related to Block 118, Lot 24.
Any surveys on record for Block 118, Lot 24.
Wetlands or flood zone maps or information on file for Block 118, Lot 24.
For the record, I am not seeking any water, sewer, or flood zone data from sources outside of Marlboro Township's records.

To restate, I am not using this information for commercial purposes. This is a residential home I am looking into purchasing for my family. Please send the documents to me via email as attachments. If any part of my request is denied or if further clarification is required, please inform me of the reason(s) for denial and how I can narrow or revise the request.
