-Any documents showing what the property is currently being taxed as (single family, multi-family,
mixed-use, or commercial)
-All construction records/permits for Building , Electrical, Demo etc.
-Any occupancy/rental/resale C O or C C O
-All Under/above ground oil tank storage/maintenance records
-All prior and current code/inspection violations
-Any and all certificate or resale occupancy certs on file
-Tax property record card
-Water/Sewer/Septic inspection report
