All permitting forms (construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) associated with the construction of an addition to the back of the house that includes a full bath, main bedroom, family room with fireplace, kitchen and full basement under the new addition.

Also any other records regarding the removal of an oil tank, any roofing work, window replacement, electrical and or plumbing work associated with this home.
