Good morning,
Attached you will find the document(s) responsive to your OPRA request
which was received by our office on August 4th.
The Building Division has indicated that they did not find any permits on
file for this property.
The Code Enforcement / Property Maintenance Office has indicated that they
did not find anything on file for 503 South Washington Ave. There is also
no Municipal Certificate of Continued Compliance (MCCC) which is required
for the sale or rental of a property within the Township.
The Planning & Zoning Division has indicated that the property is located
in a R-10 zone, residential single-family. They also did not find any
permits on file for 503 South Washington Ave.
The Tax Office has indicated that 503 Washington Ave (Block 810, Lot 5.01)
is current on taxes and sewer charges. There are no active municipal liens
or third-party liens, nor are there any confirmed special assessments for
this property.
