your request. The Tax Collector has responded that there are no liens, tax
sale certificates, or outstanding taxes at this time. Sewer charges are
included in the property taxes, and water is billed separately by American
Water.
We are currently awaiting a response from our Tax Assessor regarding the
property record card request. Please be advised that the expected response
date is October 24, 2025.
