Hello,
In response to your OPRA request, please see attached. On the building
permit list, the “C” under status means the permit is closed, any without a
“C” (blank) are open, and “A” means abandoned. Unfortunately we cannot
confirm what type of work the first 2 permits on the list are for due to our
system not having a description and the original files being lost due to
flood damage. I have included detail sheets for these 2 permits containing
further detail regarding cost, etc. There is a possibility that the fire
permit was for an oil tank, however we do not have the records to confirm
this. Also attached is a survey that was included on a building plan. In
order to close open building permits, please contact the building department
at 732-968-1023 ext. 6606. Feel free to contact me if you have any
