Construction & Building Records: All open and closed building permits, certificates of occupancy (CO), electrical/plumbing approvals, and active construction code violations.

Zoning & Land Use: The property survey on file, zoning permits, variances, and any site plan approvals.

Tax & Utility Records: Current property tax ledger, any outstanding municipal tax liens, and outstanding municipal water or sewer balances.

Health & Environmental: Septic system records (as-built designs and recent pumping/inspection reports if applicable) and well-water testing records on file.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
