Okay, no attachment, but your request doesn't say what records you are
requesting other than any incident numbers for spills or releases of
hazardous materials or
wastes, and when the borough acquired/purchased the property?
There are no records for spills or releases of hazardous materials or
wastes. The Borough does not own this property.

Dear Christine Newcomb,
Thank you.
To clarify we are conducting a Phase I ESA and are seeking property record cards, tax map, construction permits (particularly for the installation of above or underground storage tanks, asbestos or lead paint abatements, demolition, installation of wells or septic systems), Certificates of occupancy, history of fires (if any), community Right-to-Know surveys. We request readily available records from 1932 to present.
Yours sincerely,
Kathleen Murray
I can request the records for Construction permits, storage tanks,
asbestos or lead paint abatements, demolition, wells or septic, cert. of
occupancy and history of fires.
The property record cards will need to be requested from the County Tax
Assessor's office. The Borough of Clayton does not maintain those
records.

Good afternoon Kathleen,
I understand that you are asking if this property is connected to sewer.
It is connected to sewer. I do not have a date that it was connected.
I checked the billing on this account. Our billing system only goes back
to 2007. It was connected in 2007 and most like prior to that date.
Thank you.
