We are seeking all open/closed permits relating to the subject property, information on any outstanding property violations and/or inspections of record along with the status of all, whether same are open or closed. We are also requesting confirmation as to whether ther are any pending, confirmed or unconfirmed added assessments (either for municipal improvements or additional tax assessments) and if so the information regarding the confirmed or unconfirmed assessment. Also, any re-assessments.
