All records related to the fire watch implemented at 36 Jones St. on or about January 31, 2026, following a reported pipe burst and building flooding event. This request includes, but is not limited to:
Fire watch reports
Incident reports
Inspection reports
Violation notices (if any)
Communications, findings, or determinations regarding the cause of the damage
Any documentation reflecting the duration and scope of the fire watch
This request is being submitted electronically in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6(f). An email containing all required information constitutes a valid OPRA request and does not require submission through a specific form or platform.
