Dear Newark City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am requesting any environmental records associated with 436 Ferry St, Newark, Essex County (Block 2474, Lots 1.02, 8, and 14), from any pertaining department including health, fire, and building/engineering. The records may be associated with above/underground storage tanks, impacted soil/groundwater, hazardous materials/wastes, spills/discharges/releases, asbestos, remediation, air/land use, environmental violations and etc. There is no limit to the time frame of the records.
