OPRA Request – Entry-Level Police Officer Testing Schedules
Dear Records Custodian,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f). This request includes all information required by statute.
Certifications:

Records requested:
1. Testing Schedules: Any records, reports, lists, or documents generated, printed, saved, downloaded, or otherwise maintained by the NJ Transit Police Department / NJ Transit that identify or reflect the names, candidate identification numbers, or other identifiers of applicants scheduled for the Physical Qualification Test on April 7, 8, 12, or 13, 2025. This includes, but is not limited to, any such records derived from the PoliceApp platform or any internal scheduling or applicant tracking systems.
These records should reflect the scheduling and attendance of applicants for the specified test dates.
My preferred delivery method is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm receipt of this request and advise if it has been forwarded to the appropriate records custodian.
