I am requesting copies of emails sent between 1/1/2017 and 12/31/2018 sent by school board member Daniel P. Leonard... to any of the following recipients:

School Board Attorney Stephen Leone
Superintendent David Healy
Other school board members

With the subject matter of using school district funding and resources to file a lawsuit against Phil Stilton, Stilton Company, LLC, or Shore News Network over news coverage regarding his personal affairs.

Including and not limited to:

School board members blocking his vote for Holman Frenia.
Police charges filed in conjunction with his stalking incident of another school board member.
His calling of other school board members "Little Bitches".

Please include responses from district officials in regard to his request to obtain free legal services, paid for by the public to file said lawsuit.
