Good afternoon, this is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I understand that I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Copies of any and all "Special Events Applications" received by the Mayor's Office of Special Events that have been specifically submitted by any and all of the following organizations and or individuals: Mexican Folkloric Dance Society of New York Inc., Alex Garcia, and Alex Garcia-Flores from January 1st of 2023 until present day, May 7, 2024.

I am following-up on the response to your OPRA request.
Please be advised, the Mayor’s Office of Special Events and the Mercantile
Department have provided the attached response to item 1 of the request.
In regard to item 2, the city’s IT Department has provided 10 emails in
response to the request.
Attachments to 5 emails were removed and redacted.
The redacted email attachments are attached.
Redactions include federal and state identification numbers and
proprietary information.
