Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I am requesting copies of construction permit records maintained by the municipality from January 1, 2021 through the present that identify any of the following:

Please include records in which any of the above appear as the contractor, general contractor, home improvement contractor, subcontractor, applicant, or other contractor identified in the construction permit file.
For responsive permits, I am requesting copies of the permit application/permit jacket, building subcode application and any other available documents identifying the contractor or subcontractors, description of work, property address, permit date, and estimated cost/value of construction.
Electronic copies are preferred.
If no responsive records exist, please confirm that in writing.
