OPRA request may be made by submitting the request on the agency’s official OPRA request form or by citing to OPRA in an equivalent writing inclusive of all information required to be on the form. If an individual chooses to invoke OPRA in a request, then the statutory provisions will apply.
Please take another look at the OPRA request form and make sure all requestor information, as well as the 3 certifications are provided, else this request can not be processed.

I am writing to add the following disclosures regarding my recent OPRA request:
1. I have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I intend to use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I am not seeking these records in connection with a legal proceeding.

On 5/21 Montville Township received your OPRA request for “Certificates of
Occupancy, Certificates of Continued Occupancy, Certificates of Approval,
Certificates of Compliance, please provide records for all submissions
made within the last 60 days, limited to commercial properties or spaces,
in a spreadsheet or CSV format."
The Township does not have a record that is specific to commercial
properties. Attached are the construction permit logs for March, April and
May. If there is a specific property you would like records pulled for,
please submit a new OPRA request for the specific property address.
Construction records can also be found on the [1]SDL Portal.
This request is now considered closed, kindly acknowledge receipt.
