Please be advised that you have the option of receiving the records within
(7) business days but you are required to pay a fee of (2) times the
amount to produce the responsive records which would be 10 cents/8.5x11
and 14 cents/8.4x14 and we ask to specify this on the public form in the
used for a commercial purpose area.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the fourteen (14) business days required by law, you have
a right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Lodi to deny access.
At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior
Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records
Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. You may
contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at P.O.
