Good morning,

Attached are the records you requested via Randolph Township OPRA 25-260
for records made within the last 60 days for commercial properties for
Certificates of Occupancy, Certificates of Continued Occupancy,
Certificates of Approval, and Certificates of Compliance. Please note the
following:

• In the attached Zoning Department records, personal phone numbers and
email addresses were redacted per NJSA 47:1A-1 – “personal identifying
information.”
• The Building Department is unable to provide a list limited to only
commercial properties; therefore, the records include residential
properties as well. The Building Department has not issued any
Certificates of Compliance or Certificates of Continued Occupancy for
the date range requested.
