form you are required under NJ Statute 47:1A-1 et seq to answer the 3

For clarification: I am not requesting records for a specific address. Rather, I am requesting all certificate records/addresses(or block & lots) issued by the City of East Orange for commercial properties/spaces (if possible) within the last 60 days.
