Good afternoon,


1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them Added as Attachment
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors

**I have attached the excel sheet of the only tax sale lien in the City of Cape May. The property has had a few liens/certificates over the years in which the latest municipal lien supersedes the ones prior. From my understanding this lot is irregular in size and is considered to be an unbuildable lot. The attached included names of prior lien holders.

4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

**The City of Cape May has not assigned liens in the past.
