This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

Dear Jacob:
This letter is in reply to your OPRA request #097-2022 emailed to me on
July 7, 2022 in which you requested the following:
“This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law

Attached please find records in response to the items above as provided by
the Upper Township Tax Collectors Office.
In response to item 5. Above, Upper Township does not have an Abandoned
property Ordinance therefore, a “list” regarding abandoned properties does
not exist.
Should you have questions please don’t hesitate to call the Clerk’s
office.
