This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

I would be more than happy to fulfill your request, but I always give a heads up when receiving this request. Woodland Township is very unique in the fact that we are completely in the Pinelands Preservation Area. We have approximately 2400 municipally held liens, but they are primarily worthless because they are all preserved.
The report would be several hundred pages. Are you still interested?
