Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Body-worn camera footage of Lt. Matthew Parodi, Sgt. Gregory Mulawka, and Officer Steven Windt during the Corey Shin apartment incident on January 30, 2026.

Photographs or other visual records taken by Maywood Police in connection with this incident.
